Plans & Consulting

Start with clarity. Then choose the right level of support.

Business Flow Review → defined scope → a focused project or ongoing support. Fix the flow first. Then automate what helps.

How Kasence prices work

Same expertise. Same hourly rate. Different scope.

Project consulting is scoped around the complexity of the flow, not the size of the company.

A small business can have undocumented workflows, unclear ownership, disconnected systems, and owner-dependent decisions. A larger business may have a clearly contained problem. Scope, systems, handoffs, dependencies, and implementation effort determine the total cost — employee count does not.

Technology supports the process. It does not define the process.

Step 1 · Where every engagement begins

Business Flow Review

The Business Flow Review looks at what is happening now, where friction exists, which flow should be addressed first, and how complex it is.

From there, the right next step becomes clear: a focused project, hourly advisory work, an ongoing plan — or no additional engagement at all.

Step 2 · Project Consulting

Project Consulting

Some problems need a defined project rather than an ongoing monthly engagement.

Kasence can scope focused work around a specific customer journey, workflow, handoff, follow-up process, or Connected Systems issue. Project pricing is based on the complexity of the work — not the size of the business.

Defined problem. Defined scope. Clear deliverables. Practical next steps.

Examples may include:

  • Customer journey review
  • Workflow redesign
  • Ownership and handoff improvement
  • Estimate and follow-up process improvement
  • CRM/process review
  • Connected Systems review
  • Implementation planning
  • Operational visibility improvement

A project can stand on its own or become the first step toward ongoing Kasence support.

Step 3 · Ongoing Kasence Support

Continuity, follow-through, and steady improvement.

Plans are not bundles of hours. They provide ongoing access, analysis, continuity, and process improvement at the level of involvement your business needs.

Kasence Premier

Hourly Advisory

$185/hour

For work that doesn't fit a project or plan: advisory sessions, implementation assistance, system and process consultation, work or changes outside an approved scope, additional meetings beyond an agreed engagement. One-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments.

The same rate applies to every business, regardless of size.

Onboarding

A thoughtful start, not a cold launch.

$750–$1,500 typical onboarding

Onboarding for ongoing support is scoped to your business so the right foundations are in place before ongoing service begins.

Onboarding may include:

  • Business process review
  • Customer journey review
  • System configuration
  • Communication setup
  • Workflow design
  • Existing software connections
  • Team coordination
  • Initial testing
  • Launch preparation
